January 2021 ACELL Federation players back on court Following the lifting of Covid-related restrictions, the group of young athletes with learning disabilities supported by the IC Philanthropy program of the IC Council has been able to re-start their on-court activities. In recent months, the 3,800+ athletes of the ACELL Federation have seen the cancellation of their competitions and important weekly training sessions with team-mates.
